Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pitching practice aid device for shadow-pitching training, comprising: an accommodation body formed in a cylinder shape having openings on both sides thereof so as to have an accommodation space formed therein; a catching holder which is separably inserted into and fixed in the accommodation space of the accommodation body, and which has a catching hole penetratively formed in a longitudinal direction so that a finger is inserted into and caught in the catching hole during shadow pitching training; and an extended body which is extended to a predetermined length from one side of the accommodation body while being formed as an integrated body therewith, and which provides load and vibration while being elastically deformed and restored by the rotation of the arm.
