PITSHAFT COAL UNCOVERING METHOD FOR COAL MINES WHOSE COAL SEAM LIES IN MAIN AQUIFER

Abstract:
Disclosed is a pitshaft coal uncovering method for coal mines whose coal seam lies in a main aquifer. The method comprises: constructing a vertical shaft (2) from the ground (1) down to an aquiclude or a weak aquifer in an overlying stratum (3) which lies above the coal seam (4); relieving the pressure and draining the water within an range from a construction drainage hole (5) to the coal seam (4); after completion of pressure relief and water draining process of the coal seam, grouting and blocking the vertical shaft, so that the vertical shaft avoids the aquifer and an excavation of an inclined shaft (8) can be conducted; in the process of excavating the inclined shaft, constructing a drainage hole (5), an advance borehole (10), and a direct draining borehole (11), so as to control the water in the high-pressure coal seam and establish a temporary drainage system (9), through which the coal seam water is drained to the ground (1); and after the water is drained and pressure is relieved in the water containing coal seam, further excavating the inclined shaft until uncovering a coal safely (12). The method of coal uncovering can effectively solve the problem of water inrush and coal uncovering in coal mines whose coal seam lies in the main aquifer, and through grouting and blocking, water inrush and mine-flooding which happen in the process of uncovering coal in directly excavating the vertical shaft can be avoided. Meanwhile, by applying multiple disciplines, the method solves the problem in pitshaft coal uncovering for coal mines whose coal seam lies in the main aquifer, and the construction of the shaft can be invested quickly and effectively, thereby filling the technical blank of safe coal uncovering in such special geological conditions in which the coal seam lies in the main aquifer.
