Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a pixel circuit capable of preventing the leakage current in a transistor from reducing the luminance of the pixel circuit while preventing an increase in the number of elements or minimizing the number of the elements added even if elements are added. [Solution] Provided is a pixel circuit comprising: a light emitting element; a driving transistor for supplying a current to the light emitting element; a first reset transistor for setting the potential of the anode of the light emitting element to a prescribed potential; a first writing transistor for controlling the writing of a signal voltage at the gate node of the driving transistor; a holding capacitor for holding a threshold voltage of the driving transistor with one end connected to the gate node of the driving transistor; and a second writing transistor connected in series between the gate node of the driving transistor and the first writing transistor.
