Title:
PIXEL CIRCUIT, SEMICONDUCTOR LIGHT DETECTION DEVICE, AND RADIATION MEASURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/017305
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is capable of increasing the size of pixels in an imaging element. In a photoelectric changing section, a photoelectric conversion section converts light into an electric charge, and an electric-charge accumulation section accumulates the electric charge in a polygonal region having a plurality of sides adjacent to the photoelectric conversion section in a light-receiving surface. A voltage generating section generates a voltage according to the amount of the electric charge accumulated. A first transfer section transfers the electric charge from the photoelectric conversion section to the electric-charge accumulation section when being instructed to transfer the electric charge to the electric-charge accumulation section. A second transfer section transfers the electric charge from the electric-charge accumulation section to the voltage generating section when being instructed to transfer the electric charge to the voltage generating section.
