Abstract:
Provided are a pixel driving circuit, a display panel and preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The pixel driving circuit comprises a light emission control circuit (01) and a driving circuit (02); the light emission control circuit (01) can, under the control of a coupled signal end, control the potential of a control end of the driving circuit (02), and the driving circuit (02) can drive a coupled light-emitting element (L1) to emit light on the basis of the potential of the control end thereof. Moreover, the driving circuit (02) comprises two drive transistors (T3-1, T3-2) connected in parallel, and the sub-threshold swing of the two drive transistors (T3-1, T3-2) are different. Consequently, the performance of the two drive transistors (T3-1, T3-2) can be moderated, and further causing improvement in the sub-threshold swings of the transistors while retaining the mobility of the transistors, relatively good brightness control stability is ensured, and a relatively good display effect of a display panel can be ensured.
