Abstract:
This invention relates to a pixel structured on s substrate, comprising: a scanning wire arranged at a substrate, gating dielectric layer arranged at the substrate and covering the scanning wire; a date wire arranged over the gate dielectric layer, and extending in direction different from extension direction of the scanning wire; a protective layer disposed over the gating dielectric layer and covering the date wire; a transparent pixel electrode arranged over the protective layer; and a dual-drain thin film transistor (TFT) disposed over the substrate, wherein dual-drain TFT has a gate, a channel layer, a source and two drains, the source being electrically connecting to the date wire, two drains being electrically connecting to the transparent pixel respectively, and the gate being electrically connecting to the scanning wire.
