Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a pixel unit and a manufacturing method therefore, and a sensor and a sensing array. The pixel unit comprises: a photosensitive unit configured to generate a photon-generated carrier according to received radiation; at least two transmission units connected between the photosensitive unit and at least two floating diffusion nodes and configured to transfer the photon-generated carrier from the photosensitive unit to the at least two floating diffusion nodes; and the at least two floating diffusion nodes configured to store and output the photon-generated carrier generated by the photosensitive unit, wherein in the at least one floating diffusion nodes, the floating diffusion node having more transmission units spacing said floating diffusion node apart from the photosensitive unit has lower electric potential. The forming of an electric potential difference between at least two stages of floating diffusion nodes facilitates implementing high-speed transfer of a photon-generated carrier among a plurality of stages of floating diffusion nodes, and facilitates increasing the charge transfer speed, thereby improving the charge transfer efficiency.
