Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a pixel unit for a semiconductor device, a method for manufacturing the pixel unit, a micro display screen and a discrete device. The pixel unit comprises a target driving circuit, a display unit, and a common cathode, wherein a backplate is provided with a driving circuit, and the driving circuit is provided with at least one anode; the display unit is arranged on the backplate and comprises a first device layer and a second device layer, which are vertically stacked in sequence from bottom to top, and the first device layer and the second device layer are respectively connected to corresponding anodes of the backplate; and the common cathode is respectively connected to each device layer in the display unit, and is connected to an external cathode. In the pixel unit provided by the present application, at least two device layers are vertically stacked in sequence on the backplate to implement multi-color display; compared with a pixel structure implementing full-color display by means of horizontal stacking, the pixel unit in the present application occupies little space in a horizontal direction and has a small loss of pixel density; and the vertically stacked layers in the display unit use the common cathode to increase the area proportion of a light-emitting region.
