PKC-ε ACTIVATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/067111
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a DCP-LA enantiomer that exhibits higher activity and is suitable for clinical use and to provide: an agent that contains said enantiomer as an active ingredient and exhibits an excellent PKC-ε activation effect; a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for neurotransmitter-release disorders; and a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for neuropsychiatric disorders. A compound represented by formula (1) or a pharmacologically permitted salt thereof, and a selective PKC-ε activator containing said compound as an active ingredient.
