Abstract:

　Provided is a plain bearing with which it is possible to suppress a lubricant temperature increase. A cylindrical main bearing (2) rotatably supporting a crank journal (1a) and formed by combining an upper-lower bearing pair consisting of an upper bearing (10) and a lower bearing (20), wherein the lower bearing (20) includes, among the inner circumferential surface of the lower bearing (20), a downstream crush relief (22) formed at the downstream end of the crank journal (1a) in the rotating direction thereof, and an oil groove (23) formed in the inner circumferential surface of the lower bearing (20) so as to be in communication with the downstream crush relief (22).
