Abstract:

A stack comprises a system connection unit (104), a Rotman lens unit (103), and a beam scanning antenna unit (102) in order from below. The system connection unit (104) comprises a grounding conductor (14), a dielectric sheet (36), a connection substrate (63), and a dielectric sheet (35). The Rotman lens unit (103) comprises a grounding conductor (13), a dielectric sheet (34), a Rotman lens substrate (62), and a dielectric sheet (33), in order from below. The beam scanning antenna unit (102) comprises a grounding conductor (12), a dielectric sheet (32), a feeding substrate (61), a dielectric sheet (31), and a grounding conductor (11) in order from below. Thus, a beam antenna for beam scanning is thin, and the assembly process is simplified.
