Abstract:

Provided is a planar array antenna with which band widening is possible. The planar array antenna includes a plurality of unit cells 50 disposed in one or two dimensions. Each of the unit cells 50 comprises: a radiation part 51 that includes a radiation conductor 11 and a first ground conductor layer 13 that is disposed separated from the radiation conductor 11 and has a first slot 13c; a strip conductor 14; and a power supply unit 52 that includes the strip conductor 14. The strip conductor 14 has a first end part 14c that is supplied with power from outside, and a second end part 14d that is separated in the length direction from the first end part. The distance between the first end part 14c and the first ground conductor layer 13 differs from the distance between the second end part 14d and the first ground conductor layer 13.
