Abstract:
A planar array sensor and a forming method and a working method thereof, wherein the planar array sensor comprises: a sensor circuit, comprising a pixel unit array, wherein the pixel unit array comprises N rows of pixel units; a driving circuit, comprising at least N rows of shifting units; the driving circuit further comprising: a first global clear signal line respectively connected to the shifting unit of each odd row, wherein the signal in the first global clear signal line is used to trigger the shifting unit of each odd row while simultaneously turning on the pixel unit of each odd row, so that the pixel unit of each odd row can discharge residual charges at the same time; and a second global clear signal line respectively connected to the shifting unit of each even row, wherein the signal in the second global clear signal line is used to trigger the shifting unit of each even row while simultaneously turning on the pixel unit of each even row, so that the pixel unit of each even row can discharge residual charges at the same time. The performance of the planar array sensor is improved.
