Abstract:
Provided is a planar coil array that has a simplified structure and that also can be used as an electric signal path. A planar coil array (AR) comprises: a first planar coil (SU1) that has a first spiral shape in which a first conductor is wound in a left-handed or right-handed manner with respect to a first center; a second planar coil (SU2) which is disposed adjacent to the first planar coil in a predetermined direction, and that has a second spiral shape in which a second conductor in the same layer as the first conductor is wound with respect to a second center in the same winding manner as the first planar coil, the second spiral shape having an angular misalignment from the first spiral shape; and a first connection conductor (83, CN1) that electrically connects the first and second planar coils to each other. When a current flows from the center toward a terminal part of the first planar coil (SU1), a current flows from a terminal part toward the center of the second planar coil (SU2).
