Abstract:
A planar dense ball bearing, comprising a retainer (200) and balls (202). A plurality of groups of ball holes (201) for holding balls (202) are formed in the retainer (200), and each group of ball holes (201) forms an elliptical arrangement trajectory along the circumferential direction of the retainer (200). The elliptical arrangement trajectories formed by the plurality of groups of ball holes (201) have the same elliptical center (O), and long axes of the elliptical arrangement trajectories are on a same straight line. Every two adjacent groups of ball holes (201) are arranged in a staggered manner along the circumferential direction of the retainer (200). Every two adjacent groups of ball holes (201) are arranged in a staggered manner, and the balls (202) in a same group of ball holes (201) are arranged in an elliptical shape, such that the service life of a thrust bearing can be prolonged, premature fatigue pitting on a rolling path of the thrust bearing is avoided, and meanwhile, the bearing capacity of the thrust bearing is also improved. The present invention further comprises a planar dense ball bearing preparation method and a nutation speed reducer, and is used for solving the problems that the fatigue pitting of the rolling path occurs due to the fact that too many balls are arranged on the retainer of the existing planar dense ball thrust bearing and the bearing capacity of the thrust bearing is weak due to the fact that too few balls are arranged on the retainer of the existing planar dense ball thrust bearing.
