Abstract:
Disclosed is a planar motor displacement device, comprising at least a stator and a motor. The stator comprises at least one magnet array that extends on a first plane parallel to X and Y directions to form a working area. The motor comprises at least one coil array, and the coil array of the motor is arranged on a second plane parallel to the first plane. The coil array comprises at least one X coil array and one Y coil array. The X coil array comprises at least three X coils of the same size, and the Y coil array comprises at least three Y coils of the same size. Each X-coil or Y-coil is arranged on a plurality of double-layer structures having the same XY position and adjacently arranged along a Z direction, and each X-coil or Y-coil is wound at least 2 turns on each double-layer structure, and each turn of the coil is arranged on the double-layer structure, so that the current repeatedly flows at least once between the upper layer and the lower layer of each double-layer structure.
