Abstract:
This planar motor is provided with: a mover having a permanent magnet; a stator substrate (32) having a first main surface (32a) facing the mover, and a plurality of thin film pattern coils (33) that are disposed on the first main surface (32a); and a control circuit that controls the driving of the plurality of pattern coils (33). Each of the plurality of pattern coils (33) is wound in a hexagon shape, and the first primary surface (32a) is filled with the plurality of pattern coils (33) in a planar manner.
