Abstract:
A planar-sealing reversing valve with low flow resistance. The reversing valve comprises a cover body (1) and a valve body (2), wherein the cover body (1) is at least provided with two cover channels (3), and an end portion and a side portion of the valve body (2) are respectively provided with a first body channel (4) and a second body channel (5); the interior of the valve body (2) is provided with a rotary reversing pipe (6) comprising an inclined pipe portion (7) and a straight pipe portion (8) which are in communication with each other; a driving gear ring (11) is arranged outside the rotary reversing pipe (6), and an end portion of the inclined pipe portion (7) is connected to a valve seat (12); and the valve seat (12) is provided with a transition channel, which is in communication with the inclined pipe portion (7) of the rotary reversing pipe (6), and the valve seat (12) rotates along with the rotary reversing pipe (6), such that the cover channels (3) are alternately connected to or closed with the first body channel (4) and the second body channel (5). A flow passage of the reversing valve utilises a straight-through manner, such that an internal leakage amount is reduced and the fluid resistance is reduced, thereby significantly prolonging the service life of the valve.
