Abstract:
A planar transformer, an electronic device and a manufacturing method for the planar transformer, belonging to the technical field of planar transformers. The planar transformer comprises a first magnetic core, at least one PCB winding, at least one flat coil and a second magnetic core, wherein the first magnetic core, each PCB winding of the at least one PCB winding, each flat coil of the at least one flat coil and the second magnetic core are coaxially assembled into the planar transformer. The number of turns of the flat coil may be increased/decreased in a lateral manner, so as to avoid having to assembly multiple primary/secondary coil layers, thereby reducing the proximity effect and parasitic capacitance, increasing the power density, and reducing the temperature rise.
