Abstract:

The present application relates to a planet carrier assembly for a vehicle door closing actuator, comprising a plurality of planet gears and a planet carrier body. The planet carrier body comprises a disc-shaped part, a cover part, and an output shaft part; the plurality of planet gears is rotatably mounted on the disc-shaped part by means of the corresponding number of mounting shafts fixed onto the disc-shaped part; the end of the mounting shaft protruding from a central hole of the planet gear is pressed into a corresponding receiving hole on the cover part; the planet carrier body is further provided with a rotation locking means to prevent the cover part from circumferentially rotating with respect to the disc-shaped part. The planet carrier assembly according to the present application is low in costs, high in strength, simple in assembly, etc.
