Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cold stamping machining, and provides a planet gear thread rolling plate and a thread rolling process thereof. The present invention solves the problem that existing machining of chamfers on teeth of a planet gear is difficult to implement. The thread rolling plate comprises a body; a plurality of thread rolling teeth which are arranged at an angle and evenly spaced are arranged on the body; each thread rolling tooth has a top surface, a thread rolling surface, and a thread rolling relief surface; an inclined surface intersecting with the thread rolling relief surface is arranged on the side of the thread rolling relief surface on the thread rolling tooth; the inclined surface and the thread rolling relief surface have the same inclination direction and an included angle α between the inclined surface and the side surface where each long edge of the body is located is smaller than an included angle β between the thread rolling relief surface and the side surface where each long edge of the body is located; after thread rolling, the thread rolling teeth form even tooth grooves on the outer circumferential surface of a blank planet gear, and the inclined surface forms an arc-shaped chamfered surface on the groove wall of each tooth groove on one side thereof. Such design facilitates chamfer machining on planet gear teeth.
