A planetary gear mechanism without backlash and a planetary reducer, comprising a sun gear (1), a planetary gear set (2), a planet carrier (4), a planetary shaft (5) and an internal gear housing (3). N planet holes are formed in the planet carrier (4), N≥2; the number of planet gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) in the planetary shaft (5) and the planetary gear set (2) is the same as that of the planetary holes; one end of the planetary shaft (5) is inserted into the planetary holes, and the other end thereof is provided with the planet gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4); the planetary gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) in the planetary gear set (2) are distributed in the circumferential direction, and each of the planetary gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) in the planetary gear set (2) meshes with an inner gear of the internal gear housing (3); the sun gear (1) meshes with each of the planet gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) in the planetary gear set (2); and at least two of the planet holes in the planet carrier (4) have a circumferential offset with respect to the positions of the planet gears (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4) that are distributed in the circumferential direction, which is used for reducing the backlash.
