Abstract:
A charge/discharge planning system (10) equipped with: a storage battery information acquisition unit (110) that acquires storage battery information specifying a storage battery state schedule (charge/discharge schedule) indicating the remaining capacity of a storage battery (210) for each consumer (20) in a group of consumers; an overall charge/discharge planning unit (150) that, on the basis of the storage battery information, determines a target value for an overall storage battery state which should be changed by charging/discharging, for each unit amount of time in the next 24 hours, for example, and formulates an overall charge/discharge plan; and an output unit (170) that outputs information that is based on the overall charge/discharge plan.
