Abstract:
This method for producing a plant acidic invertase activator comprises: a step (step S01) for preparing a modified cyanobacterium in which the total amount of proteins participating in the binding of the outer membrane (5) to the cell wall (4) in cyanobacteria is suppressed to 30-70% of the total amount of such proteins in the parent strain; and a step (step S02) for allowing the modified cyanobacterium to secrete a secretion that participates in the activation of the plant acidic invertase.
