Disclosed is a plant air conditioning system comprising a plant space and a service space, wherein a plant is planted in the plant space, purified air is input into the plant space, the air in the plant space is sent to the service space, and the air in the service space is output. Also provided is a plant air conditioning method. The system or method can utilize the characteristics of the plant to optimize the indoor air environment.
