Abstract:
The present invention provides a plant body composition for mass producing a light chain protein of human enterokinase, wherein the composition comprises a synthetic gene that codes for the light chain protein of human enterokinase, a recombinant vector that includes a synthetic gene coding for the protein, a plant cell that is transformed by the recombinant vector, a method for producing a light chain protein of human enterokinase in a plant body using the recombinant vector, a method for producing a plant body that produces a light chain protein of human enterokinase by transforming the plant cell with the recombinant vector, a plant body and the seed thereof produced by the method that produces the light chain protein of human enterokinase, and a synthetic gene coding for the light chain protein of human enterokinase.
