Abstract:
Provided is an art that imparts, to a hardened solid fat composition that contains a finely ground plant material, an excellent taste and an improved appearance that is free of the unevenness associated with crystallization of the solid fat in the hardening process therefor. Plant particles are subjected, in the presence of a solid fat that has been liquefied with heating, to a fine grinding treatment until the average particle diameter reaches 25 μm or less, after which the solid fat is hardened by cooling.
