Abstract:
This plant cultivation apparatus has a cultivation unit configured such that a cultivation plate is disposed in a cultivation bed into which cultivation liquid is injected, the cultivation bed having a recess that is concave in cross section. The cultivation plate is disposed in the cultivation bed while held in the recess of the cultivation bed; and the cultivation plate has an airflow path formed therein, an intake port for supplying air to the airflow path, and an exhaust port formed so as to be connected to the airflow path on the upper-surface side on which the cultivation plants are disposed. The cultivation bed has an intake port through which air is drawn in order to lead the air to the airflow path of the cultivation plate, and an exhaust port that can be connected to the intake port of the cultivation plate. Furthermore, in order to connect the intake port of the cultivation plate with the exhaust port of the cultivation bed, an elastic member is provided for pressing the intake port to the exhaust port using elastic force.
