Abstract:
When performing anomaly or predictor diagnostics of a plant on the basis of a process signal acquired from the plant, dead time exists for an apparatus placed in the plant. Therefore, inputs and outputs of a model constructed for anomaly or predictor diagnostic use are shifted by the amount of the dead time so that a shift is generated in the correlation constructed within the model. Provided are a plant diagnostic device and diagnostic method which take into consideration the dead time of the process signal on the basis of apparatus information so as to be free of deviation.
