Disclosed is a novel strain used for a novel type of biopesticide, having a microbial fertilizing effect, by separating, mass culturing, and preparing multi-functional plant endophytic bacteria having all of the effects of extensively preventing the growth of plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria and simultaneously being applied specifically to rice, which is the host plant, thereby inducing disease resistance and promoting plant growth. The present invention provides a Bacillus methylotrophicus YC 7077 (accession number: KCCM 11275P) having all of the effects of preventing the growth of plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria, promoting plant growth, and inducing plant disease resistance into a host plant.
