Provided is a plant for generating resources from soil on the lunar surface, said plant comprising: a water extraction unit which extracts water from water-containing regolith out of the soil; an electrolysis unit which electrolyzes water to generate hydrogen and oxygen; and a reduction unit which uses hydrogen to reduce a metal oxide contained in the soil.
