Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for effectively utilizing a fermentation liquid or a cleaning liquid that is disposed of after a chemical product is produced by a fermentation process. It has been found that when a yeast is cultivated with a fermentation raw material containing cane molasses as a main component, nanoparticles that have a plant growth promoting effect are formed. This plant growth promoter includes, as an active ingredient, yeast culture solution-derived nanoparticles which contain cane molasses as the main component of the fermentation raw material and has the following characteristic (A), and promotes plant growth. (A) The ratio of the value of an absorbance at a wavelength of 260 nm to the value of an absorbance at a wavelength of 300 nm is 1.25 or greater
