Abstract:
A plant slice comprising ginseng total secondary glycosides and preparation thereof. A method for preparing the plant slice comprises the following steps: processing the plant slice through vacuum puffing process, immersing the plant slice in 20-90% acetic acid for 5-60 minutes; taking out, drying, placing the slice in a perforated tray having a thickness of 0.2-10 cm, placing the tray in a sealed steaming cabinet, introducing water vapour into the steaming cabinet, maintaining water vapor in a saturation state, heating to 50-110℃ and steaming for 0.5-5 hours; introducing circulated water vapour and turning on an air exhaust device at the same time, maintaining for 0.5-5 hours, connecting with a condenser to recycle acetic acid aqueous solution, taking out the plant slice and drying the slice in a hot air drying box for 0.5-5 hours. The plant slice could be made into powder, granule, tablet, capsule, oral liquid, chewable tablet and buccal tablet. The plant slice has the effects of resisting thrombosis, reducing blood fat, blood pressure and blood sugar, enhancing immunity, reducing blood viscosity and relieving tinnitus and vertigo.
