Abstract:
[Problem] To recognize component parts of a plant supervisory control device via a maintenance tool on a communication network. [Solution] A plant supervisory control device has a communication card holding a first wireless communication chip in which a first unique ID is recorded, a CPU card holding a second wireless communication chip in which a second unique ID is recorded, an input card holding a third wireless communication chip in which a third unique ID is recorded, and a power supply unit holding a fourth wireless communication chip in which a fourth unique ID is recorded, wherein the first wireless communication chip reads the unique ID from the second wireless communication chip to the fourth wireless communication chip, the read unique ID is transmitted to a maintenance tool via a control network, and, upon reception of the unique ID transmitted via the control network, the maintenance tool checks the received unique ID against an ID database.
