Abstract:
Provided are a means and method for quickly acquiring an extremely small sample of plant tissue, quickly preserving the gene expression state within the extremely small sample, and carrying out a comprehensive analysis. The present invention pertains to a method for acquiring a sample of plant tissue, said method being characterized by the inclusion of a step for acquiring a sample of plant tissue in a needle by introducing a first gel layer into the needle, positioning the plant tissue upon a second gel layer, and passing the needle through the plant tissue and the second gel layer.
