Abstract:
A planting support device (100) receives input, by operational input by a user (101), of crop conditions relating to a target crop. The planting support device (100) receives input, by operational input by a user (101), of appropriate land conditions relating to fields appropriate for planting the target crop. On the basis of the field characteristics of fields (F1 to F16) scattered across a map (M), the planting support device (100) retrieves from among the fields (F1 to F16) a set of fields that will serve as a target crop planting candidate. On the basis of predicted yield in a case where a target crop is planted in each of the fields in the retrieved set of fields, the planting support device (100) determines from the set of fields a combination of fields that will reach the target yield of the target crop. The planting support device (100) changes the display format of each of the fields in the determined combination to a specific display format that is different from the display format of the other fields of the fields (F1 to F16), and displays the same on the map (M).
