A plasma display panel comprises a back substrate having a metal address electrode, a partition, and a phosphor all provided on a back glass sheet and a front substrate opposed to the back substrate and having a transparent electrode, an upper metal electrode, a dielectric layer, and a protective layer all provided on a front glass sheet. The metal address electrode and the upper metal electrode are printed by electrophotography by using a toner composed of coated metal particles having a particle size of 0.1 to 20 $g(m)m and coated with thermoplastic resin. By electrophotography, the materials are not wastefully used, and therefore a plasma display panel can be produced efficiently.
