Abstract:
A method for cutting a plasma display panel (40) wherein a front glass substrate (50) and a rear glass substrate (60) are faced and sealed. The front glass substrate (50) and the rear glass substrate (60) are sandwiched by a pair of rotating cutters (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d), the pair of rotating cutters (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) are brought into contact with the front glass substrate (50) and the rear glass substrate (60) while being pressed to the substrates, and the plasma display panel is cut by running the rotating cutters (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d).
