Abstract:
A transition region for easing the generation of a temperature difference between the front part and rear part of a substrate before a plasma display panel structure body reaches a baking temperature region is provided. This can realize a plasma display panel producing method and a baking device used in the method. The method and device are capable of baking in an excellent manner without causing a temperature difference between the front part and rear part in a transportation direction of a substrate.
