Abstract:
A plasma display signboard of the present invention comprises: a first substrate having a discharge space which is formed by engraving one surface thereof; a first discharge electrode stacked on the other surface facing one surface of the first substrate to induce the discharge in the discharge space; a second substrate which is transparent and is coupled with one surface of the substrate to seal the discharge space; a second discharge electrode inserted between the first substrate and the second substrate to induce the discharge in the discharge space in company with the first discharge electrode; a phosphor coated on a bottom of the discharge space to cause visible light; and an inert gas filled in the discharge space to excite the phosphor. The plasma display signboard of the present invention can reduce a risk of an electric shock, thickness, and weight by arranging the discharge electrode on a rear surface of the substrate including an insulating material which is exposed through an entire surface of a product.
