Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plasma extraction kit comprising: a cylindrical main body portion in which the upper end is opened and the lower end is closed; a funnel portion which is fastened to the inner central portion of the main body portion and is formed into a tapered shape in such a way that the diameter of the central portion is small and the diameters of the both ends gradually decrease as they approach the central portion; a cover portion for closing the upper end of the main body portion; an open/close cap fastened to the cover portion in an openable/closable manner, in which an injection hole, into which a needle of a syringe for injecting the blood extracted from a patient can be inserted, is formed at one lateral side of the open/close cap; and a second centrifuge tube for further extracting plasma from PPP and erythrocyte of the centrifuged blood by second centrifugation. A large amount of erythrocytes among blood components are accommodated in a blood storage portion after centrifugation, and a small amount of PRP can be accommodated in the middle of the funnel portion having a small diameter, thereby facilitating extraction of a small amount of PRP. In addition, even though the amount of erythrocytes depends on an individual, the position of the funnel portion can be controlled by the configuration of a connection wing portion and the funnel portion, and thus it is possible to precisely locate PRP at the funnel portion. Further, a sterilizing gas can be injected into the plasma extraction kit through the injection hole of the open/close cap, thereby facilitating sterilization. Additionally, since opening the open/close cap, injecting blood by inserting the needle of a syringe into the injection hole of the open/close cap, and then pushing the open/close cap so as to seal the same is enabled, contamination is not a large concern when using the same and the invention is convenient to use.
