Abstract:
The present invention provides a device having a structure in which air passing through the inside of a dielectric pipe is plasma-treated. The present invention comprises: a dielectric pipe; a volume discharge electrode formed as a rod installed at the central portion of the inside of the dielectric pipe and having protrusions formed in the lengthwise direction on the outer circumferential surface thereof; a surface discharge electrode spirally wound on the volume discharge electrode in the lengthwise direction thereof and in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the dielectric pipe; a cooling jacket having a cooling water inflow port and a cooling water discharge port and surrounding the dielectric pipe; an opposite electrode in contact with the dielectric pipe and connected to cooling water; and a power source connected to the volume discharge electrode and the opposite electrode.
