Abstract:
A plasma generation device (101) is provided with: a housing (1) having an inlet (3) and an outlet (4); and a planar discharge electrode (2) that is disposed inside the housing (1) and generates plasma by discharge. The housing (1) has a nonlinear flow path leading from the inlet (3) to the outlet (4) therein. This flow path is disposed such that, while air that has entered from the inlet (3) travels through the flow path to the outlet (4), the air passes through the discharge electrode (2) multiple times.
