Abstract:
Provided is a novel plasma polymerizable composition. This plasma polymerizable composition contains at least a compound represented by general formula (1). In the formula, n represents an integer of 1-4; A represents an oxygen atom or the like; G represents a C6-C18 aryl group or the like; T represents a CR5R6 group, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or an NR4 group; Q represents a C6-C18 aryl group, an acyl group, a carbamoyl group, an alkylcarbonyl group or the like; and each of R1-R4 represents a hydrogen atom or a specific substituent. In this connection, when n is 2 or more, the plurality of units Y may be the same as or different from each other.
