Abstract:
The present invention relates to a plasma wire having a carbon-based coating layer, and a dust collector using the same and, more particularly, to a plasma wire and a dust collector, the plasma wire being formed so as to apply a conductive wire having, on the surface thereof, a carbon-based coating layer made of a carbon-based material to the dust collector such that most of dust, smoke, and the like passing through the plasma wire have a polarity through the discharge of plasma, so as to be stuck to a dust-collecting plate, thereby enabling, simultaneously, dust-collecting efficiency to be increased and the amount of ozone generated when applying a voltage to the wire to be dramatically reduced, and enabling a photocatalytic reaction to be performed by using plasma light generated during the discharge of plasma.
