Abstract:
Disclosed are a plastic for 3D printing and a preparation method therefor. The plastic comprises the following raw materials: 25-40 parts of a waste plastic, 3-5 parts of Radix isatidis, 6-12 parts of a peanut protein powder, 2-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.1-1.9 parts of diisodecyl phthalate, 15-22 parts of a straw powder, 2-5 parts of graphene, 1.5-2.5 parts of a talcum powder, 6-8 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 1.5-2 parts of zinc stearate, 1-1.5 parts of an antioxidant, and 15-26 parts of montmorillonite. The use of the waste plastic and straw powder as raw materials can not only reduce production costs, but can also reduce environmental pollution and save on resources, and the preparation process is simple. By means of the synergy of various raw materials, a finished product prepared therefrom has excellent mechanical properties and is suitable for 3D printing formation technologies. Same has a broad market prospect.
