Abstract:
Provided is a plastic body for a floor material, the aforementioned plastic body being composed of a non-fibrous structural body which contains heat/humidity adhesive fiber and wherein fiber is fixed by fusion bonding of the aforementioned heat/humidity adhesive fiber. In the aforementioned plastic body for a floor material, the apparent density is adjusted to 0.05 to 0.5 g/cm3, and the hardness based on JIS A6519 is adjusted to 130 G or less. Furthermore, a floor finishing material is laminated on this plastic body for a floor material, resulting in a floor material being manufactured. As for this floor material, the hardness based on JIS A6519 may be 100 G or less. A material such as tatami facing, flooring, a cork plate, or a flexible plastic plate can be used as the aforementioned floor finishing material. As regards the aforementioned plastic body for a floor material, although the thickness is small and the weight is light, the strength is high, and excellence is demonstrated in treading comfort, walking comfort, and sitting comfort.
