Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is specifically plastic concrete for a vertical anti-fouling barrier, comprising the following components in mass percentage: 19.7-23.1% water, 1.9-2.2% cement, 5.8-6.5% blast furnace slag powder, 2.3-2.8% modified bentonite, 0.04% modified basalt fibre, and 66.36-69.26% sand. The plastic concrete for a vertical anti-fouling barrier manufactured according to the ratio of the present invention meets construction and workability requirements; can effectively reduce the erosion of plastic concrete by sulphate, ensuring the strength thereof; facilitates the immobilisation of microorganisms, reducing the penetration of organic pollutants; and can also effectively reduce the penetration of hydroxide ions and heavy metal ions into the plastic concrete, so that the plastic concrete has good impermeability; part of the cement is replaced with blast furnace slag powder, reducing cement consumption, and being economical.
