Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic film squeezer, which includes a machine barrel (2) with a feeding port (4) and a screw conveyor (6) movably arranged in the machine barrel (2). The screw conveyor (6) includes a shaft coaxially arranged in the machine barrel (2) and helical blades arranged on the shaft. Water discharging holes are provided on the wall of the machine barrel (2). One end of the screw conveyor (6) is connected with a driving device (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) located at the outside of the machine barrel (2), while the other end extends outside of the machine barrel (2) and is rotatably supported by a bearing (13). An outer friction damping disc (14) is fixed at one end of the machine barrel (2) and an inner friction damping disc (15) is fixed on the screw conveyor (6). An annular channel (17) is formed between the inner wall of the outer friction damping disc (14) and the outer wall of the inner friction damping disc (15), the width of which is less than the distance between the inner wall of the machine barrel (2) and the outer surface of the shaft of the screw conveyor (6). Two ends of the channel (17) are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the machine barrel (2) and a discharging port (20). At least a friction block (18), which is located on the inner wall of the outer friction damping disc (14) or the outer wall of the inner friction damping disc (15), is arranged in the channel (2).
