Abstract:
Disclosed is a plastic flooring processing process utilizing digital printing. The present invention aims to solve the problem of expensive costs when manufacturing a conventional flooring. The main point of a technical solution of the present invention is the plastic flooring processing process utilizing digital printing, comprising the following steps: A. substrate material preparation; B. mixing; C. injection molding; D. setting; E. embossing, marker blocks are carved on the edges of an embossing roller, the embossing roller and a base pattern roller pressing on the surfaces of a stone-plastic substrate to produce repeating cycles of a pattern, and paired pattern markers being produced equidistantly; F. cooling; G. cutting, selecting a first point and a second point and cutting at the second point; and H. digital printing, printing being started when a sensor device of a digital printer detects the first point of each stone-plastic substrate, and printing being stopped when the second point is detected. The plastic flooring processing process utilizing digital printing of the present invention, by printing the pattern directly on the surfaces of the stone-plastic substrate with the digital printer, obviates a process of attaching a color film and a wear-resistant layer, thus reducing costs and increasing work efficiency.
